Bought an 04 Impala in November. I was desperate since my car had just stopped running and my credit had went down even more from trying to get a car loan through other, more reputable dealerships. I decided to go here despite my better judgment. I had $700 and he was willing to give me $400 towards my car that stopped running. The brakes started going bad in February so I got brake work done in March. Then mid April my car just stopped in the middle of driving. It started back up and did this off and on or would start right back with a jump so I thought it must be the battery. Got a new battery 2-3 weeks later. It continued doing this. So I didn't even need a new battery after all. After taking it to several different places and being told different things, I found out it's actually the crankshaft sensor which will now cost me anywhere from $300-400 to have fixed. Too many problems in a short span of time for a car worth $1000. Never will I go here again, desperate or not.
They even have Mechanics on site, if you have a Mechanical problem after purchasing, Thier mechanics will do Thier best to reconsile any issues the cars may have ( befor or after purchase.
BEWARE : They scammed an elderly lady and laughed about it stating "She should have brought a friend" and "I thought she couldn't see when she signed the paperwork". This is the worst auto dealership in MN and it will cost you in the long run. They have been known to Mickey mouse fix horrible cars that will fall apart when you get home. They will then charge you to fix it and make themselves look like the good guys. They take advantage of woman and immigrants and have had numerous complaints and lawsuits filed. The reviews that give these guys 5 stars are obviously fake (which shows you how far they go to deceive people). BEWARE. The few hundred dollars you will save is not worth it. PLEASE BEWARE Lanny is the worst one in the bunch,
Good prices and great condition on car's
Please notice that the only good reviews were posted within a month of each other and are obviously done to make sure that they do not have a 1 star rating. All the reviews before and after these have been 1 star horror stories.
I called on a vehicle 2 weeks ago and still haven't got a call back. Crappy service
