I only rent from these guys, they have always been great with customer service, friendly and on top of things. They have always filled my needs with a vehicle that fits my needs. I would recommend this location 100% as I have rent through other locations and had good service but find that White Bear Lake Location really gets to know their customers needs and will deliver.

Mostly good service but I'd say the last 8 of 10 times I reserved a car here or any enterprise location I either get a call stating they have no cars right before I go to pick up my vehicle or even worse after I get to the branch they tell me then. Being a loyalty member who rents A LOT doesn't seem to matter- disappointing...
Tried to rent a vehicle through White Bear Lake Enterprise but was refused service because I wanted to use my bank card for payment but because I'm not a Minnesota resident I'm not allowed to. I've never heard of such a rule and I was never informed of such a rule while booking the rental. Not sure what debiting a bank card has anything to do with being a resident or not. Customer service was in no way a help in coming up with a solution to my problem.
You will be placed in whatever car they have for you. I had to drive to Denver, Colorado and they gave me a Dodge pick up 3500 when I rented A midsize vehicle. Another time I received a Hyundai accent after renting a full size/ standard vehicle. The Hyundai had 50000 miles, And was in poor condition to be rented. A loose Caliper on the front right tire and a stinky interior made this drive a nightmare . Enterprise offered no solutions and no compensation. What a joke!
