We requested replacement insurance from them , but what no one told us is that for detached buildings it capped out at 10% of the insurance of the house without a ryder. We now have a garage totaled by two trees with money for a third of what it costs to replace. An insurance agent should protect their clinets. We dont understand insurance which is why we hire them.
