The service at this location is wonderful! We had leased a 10x10 storage unit with Nancy in preparation for a move. When we later found we needed more space, Paul suggested moving to a larger unit instead of leasing a second unit as we had intended. It saved us money and really simplified our situation. Thank you! Would highly recommend Public Storage WBL!!
Paul and Nancy were spot on in helping me make my decision in renting the correct storage unit to fulfill my needs. Paul explainied everything thoroughly and answered all of my concerns, without ever pressuring me into anything or making me feel obligated in any way, and Nancy for promptly returning my calls. It was also very helpful that Paul showed me a few different units to help better my decision. Everything went smooth when we returned to store our stuff.
Paul and Nancy were very nice and helpful. My complaint is with public Storage it's self. 1- Having to get out of the vehicle in the winter on Iced Parking lot and falling to enter your code very dangerous. 2- the price I singed up online price in the winter had to dig out the unit to enter. And then the Price increases, sucker you in with a low price and raise them when they have you in for the next season. I was warned before renting. I thought the last place was mad that we were leaving. WE would not ever recommend Public Storage to any one!
I have been renting at this location for several years and have always been treated very well by both Paul and Nancy. they have both been here the whole time that I have rented here and have gone out of their way to make sure that I am happy with my unit. I am a contractor and use this facility to store all my work equipment. Its easy and convienient to access my equipment and service my customers. Paul and Nancy keep this facility neat and clean and always have a smile when I enter the office. I cant say enough about these two, Public Storage has a great team at this site,
Nancy explained everything thoroughly, she was very kind and helpful in every way. She had great customer service skills. Nancy helped us in everyway possible. I highly recommend this public storage. They keep the storage units very clean.
